Strengthening Presence and Positioning for Scale through Strategic Communications

Polaris Bank, following the takeover from Skye Bank, needed to solidify its identity and instill confidence among stakeholders. While initial brand strategies were effective, sustaining positive perceptions amid ongoing transitions remained imperative.

We understood that Polaris Bank required a strategic approach to communications that would reinforce its credibility and foster trust amidst uncertainty.
