Qatar Airways’ Breast Cancer Awareness Initiative

Qatar Airways aimed to amplify its support for breast cancer awareness during the annual observance in October 2021. The challenge was to raise awareness effectively while aligning with the airline’s brand values and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Recognizing the power of collaboration and influencer partnerships, we identified an opportunity to leverage top-tier influencers to amplify Qatar Airways’ involvement in breast cancer awareness.

Qatar Airways collaborated with stylish Italian luggage brand BRIC’s to design exclusive ‘Think Pink’ amenity kits made from vegan leather. We engaged 23 influencers in Nigeria to create content and raise awareness about breast cancer, using the amenity kits provided by Qatar Airways.

With this campaign, we;

– Secured collaboration with top-tier macro-influencers, resulting in widespread awareness and engagement.

– Increased awareness for Qatar Airways’ Business Class flights in October/November.

– Recorded the largest influencer collaboration for this campaign across major Qatar Airways markets in Africa.

The initiative not only raised awareness for breast cancer but also enhanced the airline’s brand image as a socially responsible organization.
