Navigating Reputational Challenges Through Strategic Communication

Air Peace was facing some reputational challenges as a result of an indictment and allegations that had gained international exposure, leading to widespread controversies and primarily negative sentiments. Within 24 hours of the news breaking, negative sentiments stood at 97%.

Recognizing the urgent need to address the crisis and restore public trust, we quickly reviewed the situation, consulted with industry media reporters, and developed a comprehensive strategy. This included stakeholder engagement through advocacy and media relations to amplify legal and forensic expert opinions.

We engaged with stakeholders and the media to provide rationale and credible perspectives on the issues. Our advocacy efforts and expert opinions helped shift the conversation and reduce negative sentiments by 80%. We also achieved over 100K in engagement, with a potential reach of over 400 million.
